full app or idea description

Hi we are wp7 developers and we have an idea to implement a app with Evernote api , i want to ask that is we have to develop full app to show you the idea or a basic layout with idea description till deadline ?

    Ideas and concepts only are not viable submissions - you will be judged on a working app. Hope this helps clarify, good luck!

    I loaded the evernote on windows sucessfully in sandbox , while in loading for the wp7 of Evernote , i got this error :
    first one is authtoken is non static member.
    other one is authResult is not defined ?
