Leave One Out Voting section (for contestants only)

I thought it might be fun if next DevCup there was a completely separate voting section called the Leave One Out section for the contestants. In this section, all the contestants can vote for their favorite app that is not theirs.

    nice idea. It would be a good feedback to challengepost in general (who run the voting software), may be interesting beyond the Evernote Devcup.
