LIKES are being reset

Why are the facebook "Likes" on our app SpotwishGo! being reset?!

It happened at least twice in the last 24 hours!

    Hi Joao,

    Thanks for writing. We are currently investigating this issue. Please note that Facebook likes have no bearing on who will win the People's Choice Award. Your official vote count will not be affected by this. Thank you.

    Any update on this? My likes were just reset for the third time.

    Yes, I know that fb likes have no bearing on the contest but... it's still nice, lol.

    It happened at least 4 times for our App Beesy :(
    even though it is obviously not counting in the voting process, it's still good to see for people landing on your submission page.

    Hi James and David,

    We've discovered that Facebook has had an ongoing issue with "likes" being erratic and inconsistent. We are trying to resolve some of these issues currently. I hope to have an update soon. Thank you for your patience.
