Results - 24th or 27th?

The Devcup homepage says the finalists will be declared on 27th July. However, the rules page says it will be on 24th. Please clarify.

  I need to update that Rules page - the change was because it actually takes a few days to verify and check for voting irregularities . Therefore we will pick the pre-approved finalists and wait for the site admins to verify the submissions have followed the competition rules.

  So the short answer is we will announce this week for sure - the 27th will be the latest that the community will receive the finalist update.
