I like the concept. It's like keeping track of and sharing memories with each other.
I'm a little hesitant of the process. From looking at the video, it looked really unromantic for two people who just shared a romantic day to put their head down and go off typing on their phone.
Honestly speaking, I would of just taken a picture with my significant other. Why? Because pictures are worth a thousand words and it's really easy to take one.
The concept is nice, I really like it; I just wish that the app captured the romance better.

I'm going to have to agree with Rickey here. Perhaps if this was re-marketed as a scrapbooking app it make more sense? It seems impractical and unlikely that a couple would interrupt their "special moment" to take a picture or touch phones. (wouldn't you usually get annoyed if your significant other was always fiddling with a phone during a date? or reaching for their phone every time something "special" happened?) However, I do like the capturing memories quality of the app and think people might find it useful to help with scrapbooking or similar activities.

Thank you for your suggestion Mr Rickey & Mr. Kris. But what you are expecting (picture) is already there.
Our goal of this app is to capture the special moment of two loved person with a special event (HeatLock) as a single story which contains note, picture, location (GPS) and time synced with Evernote.
As it is an Evernote contest, we mainly emphasized on taking note on video though we support picture, location and time with that note.
If you deeply observe the notetaking screen on the phone, you will see that our app can take picture from camera and also able to get picture from gallery for that particular note. It get's the location from GPS and you can also type your location in case of GPS unavailability. It will be your timeline of special moments with your special one.

Because there's nothing more romantic than hanging out with your significant other while you are both on your phones??
I'd personally just take a picture, and make a scrap book later if I really wanted to capture the memory.
The thought of telling my husband to take out his phone so we can heartlock them and I can capture this special moment seems a little silly to me...
